Party Pico de Gallo is a flavor packed party in a bowl!

Party Pico de Gallo | SavorwithJennifer.com

My Party Pico de Gallo is a condiment.  At least in my house.  By that, I mean we use it on everything.  I mean, literally, everything!  My hubby puts it on his eggs.  The kids eat it with chips as an after school snack.  We put it on tacos, nachos, burritos, in dips, on sandwiches…  The list is kind of endless.

When you think about it though, it makes sense.  Would you rather have a taco with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomato like you see in every taco picture or a taco with melt in your mouth shredded pork topped with a crazy flavorful Pico de Gallo that’s chock full of tomatoes, onions, cilantro, garlic, and lime?  It’s kind of a party in your mouth.  You can find the recipe for my extremely easy Insane Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas here.

How to make Party Pico de Gallo

Preparation is quick and easy.  Chop all of your ingredients and stir together in a medium sized bowl.  Let them marinate for a brief period of time for the flavors to come together.

If you want to add this must have condiment to your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and appetizer table, simply spend 10 minutes chopping the below ingredients, let sit on the counter for an hour to enhance the flavors, and you will be very happy you did.  Enjoy!
