Grilled Teriyaki Steak that has been marinaded with all the flavors of soy, ginger, garlic, sesame, chili, and a touch of brown sugar.
Place steak(s) in either a Ziplok bag or in a covered dish sized so that they are completely covered with the marinade.
Marinate for 4-12 hours.
Let the steaks sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to a medium-high to high temperature.
