Grilled Teriyaki Steak that has been marinaded with all the flavors of soy, ginger, garlic, sesame, chili, and a touch of brown sugar.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Beef Steak Flank, Hanger, Sirloin, Skirt
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the Teriyaki Marinade. Link below in Recipe Notes.
  2. Place steak(s) in either a Ziplok bag or in a covered dish sized so that they are completely covered with the marinade. 

  3. Marinate for 4-12 hours.

  4. Let the steaks sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  5. Preheat the grill to a medium-high to high temperature.

  6. Pat the meat dry with paper towels

  7. Place directly over the flame and cook 3-5 minutes. Flip the steaks and then cook and additional 2-4 minutes until the interior reaches 130 degrees. Cook time can vary with steak thickness and heat of the grill.
