Seriously Amazing Pork and Party Pico Nachos
Crispy, salty tortilla chips and topped with mounds of shredded cheddar cheese followed with Insane Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas and my Party Pico de Gallo.

- 13 oz bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar or colby jack cheese
- 1 recipe Insane Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas
- 1 recipe Party Pico de Gallo
- Garnish - olives green onions, jalapeno slices, sour cream
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line large cookie sheet with foil.
Place chips in a single layer, slightly overlapping on foil.
Top chips with cheese.
Evenly distribute warm pork over cheese.
Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Take out of oven.
Sprinkle Pico on top of pork.
Garnish with olives, green onions, jalapenos, and sour cream.
