Ingredients

  • 4 pounds boneless pork shoulder cut into 3" cubes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1/2 cup beer or stock
  • 7 ounce can chipotles in adobo sauce chopped

Instructions

  • Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • Add pork, spices, garlic, onion, and beer or stock.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Cook 4-5 hours on high or 8-9 hours on low.
  • Remove excess liquid if necessary.
  • Shred lightly with 2 forks.
