Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup parsley, fresh and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced fine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh squeezed
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  • Muddle the parsley, garlic, and lemon zest and juice together.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and whisk or shake until thoroughly combined.

Notes

Just like with all oil and vinegar based dressings, you will need to shake it up again before pouring to eliminate separation.
