- 1 Head Cauliflower, cored and quartered
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 green onion, sliced

Preheat the barbecue grill or oven to 350 degrees or a medium heat.
Rinse, core, and quarter the cauliflower.
In a small bowl, stir together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Brush on all sides of the cauliflower.
Roast on indirect heat (not over the grill flame) for 30-40 minutes or until for tender.
Drizzle with Bang Bang Sauce and garnish with green onions if desired.
